Raised from the finding, linked back to it, assigned to a person.

  5. 5

    Repair documented

Hours, materials, downtime, and notes recorded on the job.

  6. 6

    Follow-up inspection

The next scheduled run records the asset's condition after the fix.

  7. 7

    Compliance report generated

Asset history and site compliance reports built from the records.

  8. 8

    Audit history preserved

Every step, its actor, and its time — kept on the asset for good.

How it works

From the first inspection to the audit

Seven steps, each one a real record in the platform with its own owner, its own permissions, and its own place in the audit trail.

  1. Step 1

    Register assets

Create a digital record for every piece of equipment, organised by region, facility, and area, with its own QR label.

  2. Step 2

    Inspect in the field

Technicians run your checklists on a phone or tablet and capture photos, readings, notes, GPS, and a signature — with or without signal.

  3. Step 3

    Identify problems

A failed check, an out-of-range reading, or a reported hazard becomes a structured finding with a risk level.

  4. Step 4

    Assign work

Raise a work order from the finding and assign it to a named technician or contractor, with a priority, a due date, and a permit where one is needed.

  5. Step 5

    Verify completion

The repair is documented with hours, materials, and notes, then reviewed and closed by someone other than the person who did it.

  6. Step 6

    Generate reports

Produce inspection, maintenance, safety, and compliance reports from the records themselves — as PDF, Word, Excel, or CSV.

  7. Step 7

    Maintain audit history

Every action stays connected to the asset, with who did it and when, in an audit log your own administrators can read.

  8. The result

One connected record, from the field inspection to the final audit.

Mobile and offline

Built for the field — even without signal

Technicians can continue inspections, capture evidence, complete checklists, and record work while offline. Data synchronises once connectivity returns — essential on well pads, pipelines, substations, and remote renewable sites.

  • Start and complete inspections with no connection
  • Capture photos, video, voice notes, and readings offline
  • Update assigned work orders from the field
  • See every change waiting to upload in the sync queue
  • Synchronises automatically when the device reconnects — without overwriting newer edits

One app for Android, iOS, and the browser — the same screens everywhere.

The mobile app's home screen for a field inspector, with an activity chart for the last 30 days.
The mobile app's sync queue, where changes made offline wait and replay once a connection returns. It shows nothing pending.

AI, where it helps

AI that speeds up review, not one that signs off

AI is used in two places in Flacron Energy: reviewing inspection evidence and drafting reports. Both are advisory — a qualified person confirms or overrides every result.

Photo analysis

Send a captured photo for analysis and get back what the model sees on the equipment — corrosion, damage, a possible leak — each with a confidence.

Video analysis

A clip is sampled into frames and each is analysed, so a walk-around video is treated as evidence rather than as an attachment.

Defect localisation

Findings come back as annotations on the image itself, at the coordinates where the model saw them, in the same layer an inspector draws on.

Risk classification

Every analysis carries a risk level, so a queue of findings can be ordered by something other than the time they arrived.

Recommended actions

The model proposes what to do next. A person decides whether that becomes a corrective action.

Report narrative

A generated report gets an AI summary, findings, recommendations, and a risk score — drafted from the records in it, never retyped.

A page of the same report: an AI-drafted executive summary marked as advisory, a risk score, and the checklist results table.

A generated report: the AI summary is labelled advisory and reviewed before it is finalized

What the AI does not do

  • Predicting failures — predictive maintenance is on the roadmap
  • Reading or analysing uploaded documents
  • Closing findings, approving work, or finalizing reports — a person does that

The rule the AI is built on

Every AI result is advisory and reviewable. It arrives unreviewed, is marked as the model's output with the model name recorded against it, and an authorised user confirms or overrides it. A report cannot be finalised on the model's say-so.

Reporting

Audit-ready reports in minutes, not days

Reports are generated from the stored records rather than retyped from them, reviewed and attested by a named person, then frozen — ready to hand to a client, an auditor, or a regulator.

Security and governance

Controlled, attributable, and separated by design

Permissions, approvals, and audit records are enforced on the server, so sensitive operational data cannot be reached around the interface.

Role-based access control

Every action is checked by the server against the user's role, so a hidden button is never the only thing standing in the way.

Organisation separation

Each company's records are isolated from every other company's, on every request.

Complete audit logs

Creates, updates, approvals, and refused access attempts, with who and when — filterable and readable by your admins.

Verified sign-in

A verified email on every account, plus authenticator-app two-step verification your admins can require for everyone.

Encryption and secure hosting

Encrypted in transit and at rest on managed cloud infrastructure.

Controlled file access

Photos, videos, and documents are served through short-lived signed links, never public URLs.

Certifications

Flacron Energy does not hold SOC 2 or ISO 27001 certification, and we will not imply otherwise. What is above is what the platform does today, and we will walk a security reviewer through any of it.

Integrations

Open by design, honest about the gaps

What connects today, and what does not yet — so interoperability is a fact you can plan around, not a promise.

Available

REST API

The same versioned API our own web and mobile apps use, called as one of your users, with a published OpenAPI schema.

Available

Reporting and BI

Reports export as PDF, Word, Excel, and CSV; the audit trail as CSV — ready for a spreadsheet or a warehouse.

Available

QR deep links

Each asset's label resolves through a URL, so any scanner on site opens the right record.

On the roadmap

ERP and CMMS

Packaged connectors are not built yet. Custom integrations can be scoped on Enterprise.

On the roadmap

GIS and mapping

Facilities and assets carry GPS coordinates today; a GIS connector is not built yet.

On the roadmap

Identity providers (SSO)

SAML / OIDC single sign-on is not built yet. Sign-in today is email and password, with optional two-step verification.

Need a connector to decide? Tell us which system — it is the fastest way to move it up the list.

Questions

Frequently asked questions

The things buyers ask us first. Anything else — a security review, a rollout plan, a migration — is one message away.

What is Flacron Energy?
An operational system for field-intensive energy and industrial teams. It connects your asset register, inspections, deficiencies, work orders, maintenance plans, permits, safety reports, documents, compliance reporting, and audit history in one record per asset — on the web for supervisors and in a mobile app for crews.
Does the mobile app work without signal?
Yes. Inspections, photos, readings, voice notes, and work-order updates are saved on the device first and upload automatically when the connection returns. A sync queue shows anything still waiting, and syncing never overwrites a newer edit made in the office.
Where is AI used, and who makes the final call?
AI reviews inspection photos and videos for corrosion, damage, and leaks, suggests a risk level and next steps, and drafts the narrative of a generated report. Every result is advisory: an authorised person confirms or overrides it, and a report cannot be finalized while AI findings are unreviewed.
How does the free trial work?
7 days on the plan you choose, with its full feature set and limits. A card is required to start and nothing is charged during the trial; the first charge falls on day 7. To cancel before then, contact us.
What counts as a site?
One facility in Flacron Energy: a single operating location with its own address — a plant, refinery, terminal, substation, well pad, or yard. You decide how to model your estate; each facility record counts as one site. Areas inside a site and the regions that group sites are unlimited and never count.
Can we get our data out?
Yes. Reports export as PDF, Word, Excel, and CSV, the audit trail exports as CSV, and the REST API our own apps use is available to you, so your records are never locked in.
