What you are buying

One site, one platform, your entire field operation

Plans are counted in sites, users, and assets. Here is exactly what each one means — and what is never counted.

Site: One facility in Flacron Energy: a single operating location with its own address — a plant, refinery, terminal, substation, well pad, or yard. You decide how to model your estate; each facility record counts as one site. Areas inside a site and the regions that group sites are unlimited and never count.
User: A person with an active login. Every role counts the same, from field technician to read-only executive. Deactivating someone frees their seat, and their records stay attributed to them.
Asset: One piece of equipment in the register, including a sub-asset such as a valve on a pump. A deleted asset stops counting.
Inspection: Unlimited on every plan. Inspections, work orders, permits, safety reports, and generated reports are never metered.
Module: A part of the platform, such as work orders or permit-to-work. Every plan includes the core modules; permit-to-work starts at Operations, and VR training and audit-log export are Enterprise.

Before you start a trial

How does the free trial work?

Pick a plan and enter a card, and you get 7 days on that plan's full feature set and limits. Nothing is charged during the trial. To cancel before it ends, contact us and we will close the subscription before the first charge.

What is the difference between monthly and annual?

The same plan either way. Monthly is the price on the card; annual charges 10 months up front for twelve months of service, so a year costs two months less. You choose at checkout and can see both prices before you pay.

What do I actually get on Pilot?

The real product on one site: AI photo and video analysis, AR inspection with measurement, work orders, QR asset scanning, and reports — with a smaller asset and seat allowance. It exists so you can prove the value internally before committing to a rollout.

Do I lose anything by starting small?

No. Every paid tier includes the core platform; moving up adds sites, assets, users, permit-to-work, VR training, audit-log export, and support commitments. An upgrade never removes a module you were already using.

What happens if we outgrow our asset or seat allowance?

The platform tells you before it blocks you. Extra facilities and assets can be added on, and more seats means the next tier up — seats are not sold one at a time, because a price list nobody can total is worse than a tier change.

Does the mobile app really work offline?

Yes. Inspections, readings, photos, and work-order updates are written to a local database on the device and pushed through a sync engine when the connection returns, so a crew can complete a full round with no coverage.

How is Enterprise priced?

Custom, starting around $9,999/month. It is quoted against number of facilities, number of assets, number of users and seats, AI analysis usage, and the rest of the scope — so it is a conversation with sales, not a checkout page.

Do you offer founding-customer pricing?

Yes. Founding customers get a negotiated rate and discounted or waived implementation. Discounts are issued as a code you apply at checkout, so the price you agreed is the price you are charged.

Plan features, facility limits, asset limits, seat limits, AI usage, support levels, and add-ons are subject to the applicable Terms of Service, order form, and enterprise agreement. Taxes may apply. Published tier pricing is billed annually unless otherwise stated. Monthly billing, where offered, may carry an approximately 15% premium. Enterprise pricing may be custom-quoted.
